What should I expect from the programme?
The Firework Career Coaching Programme aims take individuals away from present feelings of uncertainty and onto a clear vision of a career that is absolutely right for them, and a plan for how to make it happen.

The programme typically takes place over 12 telephone-based sessions and entails a long, hard look at who an individual is.

The programme consists of three distinct phases: Explore, Dream and Discover.

Explore
During this phase of the programme individuals complete a number of challenging exercises to identifiy:

• life purpose
• most powerful self
• personal strengths
• interests and passions
• personal achievements
• everything they need in their life to be happy and fulfilled

During the Explore phase individuals also get clarity about their favourite work-related skills. These include:
• key work motivators
• professional strengths

• ideal working day
• everything they need in their working life to be motivated and satisfied

Dream
The Dream stage is a very creative part of the programme where the objective is to think outside the box and not to be constrained by traditional notions of what is and is not possible.

Together with the client, Motive8 explores the most attractive ideas in some detail and narrows these down to between one and three strong career possibilities. These are explored in detail in the programme’s final phase.

This final phase is the point where the top possibilities generated in the second phase are investigated. Using a creative and empowering process, individuals turn their career vision into a solid plan that when implemented will put them on the right path to fulfilling their dream.
